Edward Perry Warren Born June 8th

Edward Perry Warren was born June 8th, 1860 into a wealthy Boston family. After receiving a BA from Harvard, Warren moved to England to study classical archeology at Oxford's New College. There he met the slightly younger John Marshall, with whom he'd have a long lasting relationship despite Marshall marrying in 1907. A collector of art and antiquities, Warren also wrote A Defence of Uranian  Love, a three volume treatise proposing a type of pederastic relationship similar to those of Classical Greece.
